Paws2Pasture – Dog Walking Field Business
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Paws2Pasture dog walking field (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Access to the Dog Walking Field
2.1 Paws2Pasture provides access to its designated dog walking field for registered customers.
2.2 Access is granted exclusively during the specified operating hours, and customers must adhere to any rules or guidelines posted at the entrance of the field.
3. Registration and Membership
3.1 Customers must complete the registration process accurately and provide up-to-date information.
3.2 Membership fees apply and must be paid in full before access to the dog walking field is granted.
3.3 Paws2Pasture reserves the right to reject or terminate membership without refund if false information is provided during registration or if a member violates these terms.
4. Dog Owners’ Responsibilities
4.1 Only well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs are permitted in the field.
4.2 Dogs must be kept on a leash until inside the designated off-leash area.
4.3 Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Waste disposal bins are provided on-site.
4.4 Aggressive behavior or negligence toward other dogs or owners may result in immediate expulsion from the field.
5. Safety and Liability
5.1 Paws2Pasture is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that occurs within the dog walking field.
5.2 Dog owners assume all risks associated with using the facility and are responsible for their dogs’ behavior.
5.3 Paws2Pasture is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the premises.
5.4 Paws2Pasture is not responsible for any vehicle in the carpark
6. Field Regulations
6.1 All users must follow posted rules and guidelines.
6.2 Paws2Pasture reserves the right to close the field for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.
7. Photography and Marketing
By using our service, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken within the dog walking field for promotional or marketing purposes by Paws2Pasture.
8. Booking Changes
Bookings cannot be changed within 4 hours of allocated booking time. Changes within this time will be reused and you will lose your time slot and payment. Bookings can only be changed once.
9. Termination of Service
Paws2Pasture reserves the right to terminate access to the dog walking field or revoke membership without refund for violations of these terms or any disruptive behavior.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Paws2Pasture reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the UK law.
By using the Paws2Pasture dog walking field, you agree to these terms and conditions.
